Assign Permission Sets

  1. Search for “Permission Sets” in the Setup Menu

  2. Click “Era User” or “Era Admin”*

    1. Era Admin includes all of the permissions found in the Era User Permission set as well as access to the Era Settings Tab and should only be assigned to Users who will be executing the License Audit or adjusting Snapshot details. All other Users should be assigned the Era User permission set

  3. Click “Manage Assignments”

  4. Click “Add Assignment”

  5. Select the Users you would like to assign this Permission Set

  6. Click “Next”

  7. Typically we recommend leaving “No expiration date” selected

  8. Click Assign
